A village celebrates in Uganda. Keep in mind that these aren't "trained" singers and dancers in the Western sense of the word. In many African tribes and villages, music and dancing are as integral a part of one's life experience as speaking.

Batwa Pygmies singing and dancing. The Batwa have been oppressed and, at times, hunted down in recent decades. They are among the most impoverished people in the world. Yet their music remains some of the most joyous in the world.

Ladysmith Black Mambazo became famous in the U.S. when they collaborated with Paul Simon on his album "Graceland" in the 1980s. They are an all male South African a capella choir.
